We are catering a fundraiser tomorrow night for the Republican Parties’ candidate for Governor! We are pretty excited. Hopefully he will win the race & we can say we’ve catered for the Governor!
We are doing a fruit platter, veggie platter, Pimiento pinwheels, Creamy bacon crescents, coconut chicken with wowee maui mustard, a cheese platter and kahlua brie! yummy…

we have a “tasting” with a bride on Saturday…not exactly sure what we’re gonna do yet. We have a few different menus for her to pick from: Fall Harvest, Tropical, & Mexican. She is thinking Tapas style. (and she’s a vegetarian) so wish us luck!! It would be nice to book her wedding

Last night was so busy my feet are tired this morning! We had an awesome time! Thank you to everyone at The Vintage Wine Shop! What an amazing Fundraiser last night! The food turned out fabulolus! We ended up with only about 3 tortellini skewers left! The menu for the night was: beef tenderloin with horseradish sauce, bruschetta with goat cheese & red onion marmalade, tortellini skewers & pumpkin pie truffles. YUM!
We can’t wait to work again with some of the people we met last night!
